Since the beginning of my studies at Tomas Bata University, I have been involved in composing music for audiovisual projects. This includes developing musical dramaturgy based on the script/storyboard, composing musical themes and pieces, and producing recordings (including post-production).

In the context of musical dramaturgy, I pay close attention to the proper expression of individual scenes – this aspect is addressed right at the very beginning of the production (script) and arises from communication between me – the composer, and the director (or sound supervisor of the audiovisual work). The composition of the piece is then developed based on this guided musical dramaturgy plan – which I strive to fulfill by selecting suitable musical instruments and creating corresponding melodies, and motifs.

For my compositions, I use high-quality virtual instruments, but I always strive to incorporate live/acoustic instruments into the pieces for a natural character. In recording, I rely not only on my musical skills but also on many contacts with professional musicians whom I can invite for collaboration. Recording and mixing of the musical material are, of course, carried out in my own studio – so you don’t have to worry about additional costs for an external recording studio.
